Use Zignaltalent from your ATS and your AI assistant

Staffing teams already have a system of record: the ATS that holds requisitions, candidates and placements. Zignaltalent does not try to become another one. It is the network on the outside, where open jobs meet available consultants from other firms, and it connects to the tools you already use.

From your ATS

Jobs and consultants can be sent from Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, Greenhouse or Lever, or from any ATS in a simple general format, using a personal API key from Settings. A record posts once; when it is put on hold, reopened, filled or placed in the ATS, the post follows. Records that are missing details become drafts for you to finish instead of half-complete posts.

Back to your ATS

Webhooks push signed events, such as new matches, requests and submission changes, to an address you choose, so your ATS or automation tool can record them. An updates feed offers the same events for systems that prefer to ask.

From an AI assistant

Zignaltalent is also a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. An assistant that supports MCP can connect through OAuth, or with an API key, and act as you with exactly the same rules as the website: search jobs and consultants, post, read matches and screening, ask for resumes, answer requests, submit consultants and update submissions.

• Keys and connected apps act only as their owner, and can be revoked at any time.
• Desk rules still apply: a recruiter desk posts jobs, a bench sales desk posts consultants.
• Nothing is shared without the same approvals a person would need on the website.
