Privacy policy

Zignaltalent Network Inc. (“Zignaltalent”, “we”) runs a private matching network for US IT staffing. This page describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It is the policy LinkedIn’s “Sign In with LinkedIn” product asks for.

What we collect

• Account. Email address, name, job title, headline, phone, time zone, and an optional LinkedIn profile link you type in Settings.
• LinkedIn sign-in. If you choose Continue with LinkedIn, LinkedIn sends us your name, confirmed email address, and profile photo. We do not receive your LinkedIn password. We use that only to create or sign in to a job-seeker account.
• Work data. Job and consultant posts, skills, rates, locations, work authorization, start dates, resumes you upload, messages, submissions, and invitations you send.
• Technical. Sign-in cookies, IP address for rate limits and abuse, and browser errors so we can fix the product.

How we use it

To run your account, match jobs and consultants, send the emails you asked for (codes, invitations, optional alerts), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. We do not use LinkedIn data to advertise on LinkedIn or to contact your LinkedIn connections.

Who can see it

• Other members see public posts and company directory details. Full resumes, phone numbers and client names stay hidden until both sides approve a request.
• Processors who host the product for us: our database (Neon), file storage for resumes (Amazon S3), email delivery (Postmark), and LinkedIn for the optional sign-in.
• We share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data last while the account is open. You can export or delete your account in Settings. Invitation opt-outs and bounce records are kept so we do not email that address again. Server error logs are kept for a limited period for operations.

Your choices

• Edit your profile, email alerts, and LinkedIn link in Settings.
• Disconnect LinkedIn by deleting the account, or by using email and password instead after an account exists.
• Stop invitation emails at /invitations/opt-out.
• Export or delete your account in Settings.

Children

Zignaltalent is for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
