Terms of use

These terms cover use of Zignaltalent, a matching network for US IT staffing run by Zignaltalent Network Inc. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

The service

Recruiters, bench sales teams and job seekers post what they need or have. We match those posts, screen fit, and open a conversation when both sides consent. We are not an ATS, an employer, or a party to any staffing contract you make with someone else.

Accounts

You must give accurate details. Recruiter and bench sales accounts use a company email. Job seekers may use email and password or LinkedIn. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share passwords or API keys.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your posts, resumes and messages. You grant us a licence to host and display them so the product can work (matching, screening, requests, submissions). Do not post data you do not have the right to share. Resumes and client names stay private until the owner approves a request.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no fake identities, no spam invitations, no malware, and no attempt to bypass access controls. We may restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the product running. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and features can change.
